Dc fix MATT CREAM Sticky Back Plastic Vinyl Wrap Film
Dc fix plain sticky back plastic is available in either gloss or matt finish, a popular choice for updating doors, on a budget. This kitchen vinyl wrap can completely change the look of your room, cover plinths and appliances for a more coordinated look.
dc fix is our preferred brand of vinyl film due to its 5* rating for adhesion, opacity, lightfastness, shrinkage and durability. The water based low tack adhesive allows it to be repositioned during application.
Quick and easy to apply to clean, smooth flat surfaces. Simply remove the backing paper little by little and smooth into place, moving the smoother side to side to eliminate air bubbles. If you make a mistake, peel back and start again. The film is heat resistant to 75C so OK for hot cups and plates but NOT hot pans. Always keep at least 12 inches away from naked flames.
Sticky back plastic is a non-permanent DIY solution for updating surfaces in the home. Perfect for tenants and landlords looking for a quick, easy and budget-friendly way of updating kitchen doors or rejuvenating old worktops. It’s also perfect for upcycling items of furniture. The film is fully removable – use a hairdryer to soften the adhesive first and warm soapy water to remove any remaining residue.
Wipe clean your Dc fix MATT CREAM sticky back plastic vinyl wrap film with a regular household cleaner. Wipe up spillages that may stain straight away (eg curry). Always use chopping boards for cutting and worktop savers for hot pans. If you do damage the surface, don’t worry, just cut out the damaged section and replace with a new piece of film, ensuring any joins are overlapped slightly!
