Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns providing we receive your request to do so within 30 days of delivery, after that time the product is non-returnable.
Do I pay for return postage costs?
Yes, the customer must pay for the return postage costs. If the item has arrived damaged we will send a pre-paid label via email. This can only be done if the customer provides photographic evidence of the damaged item.
