Cancelling Orders

We can normally cancel orders if you notify us immediately, unfortunately once payment has been confirmed we can’t stop the delivery of goods if we’ve not been notified to cancel.  Please send a message using our contact us form.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do accept returns providing we receive your request to do so within 30 days of delivery, after that time the product is non-returnable.  Please return unwanted goods in the original packaging, unopened, undamaged and in a saleable condition.  Please send a message using our contact us form.

Do I pay for return postage costs?

Yes, the customer must pay for the return postage costs. 

What if my item is damaged or faulty?

We always strive to delivery your order in perfect condition, but if you do receive faulty or damaged product, please send a message using our contact us form and we will try to put this right as quickly as possible.  All faulty or damaged goods need to be reported to us within 7 days.

When will I receive my refund?

The goods will be deemed returned when received by Create your World Ltd, we will refund the monies as soon as possible within 7 working days.
